* Digital Campaigns: Plan and deliver marketing activity across channels (SEO, email, social media)
* Content Creation: Create and update engaging content for: Website, Blogs and Social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, and potentially Instagram)
* Performance Tracking: Monitor performance using tools like GA4 and share insights and make recommendations in a clear, simple way.
* SEO (Search Optimisation): Optimise website content and paid search later to improve organic search engine rankings. We use tools such as SEMrush to support keyword research and analysis.
* Social Media: Manage and grow our channels, including engaging with our audience to build brand loyalty.
Skills & Experience
We recognise that people gain skills in different ways. If you meet some but not all of the points below, we still encourage you to apply.
* Experience in digital marketing (around 2–4 years, but flexible depending on skills)
* Proficient in the following tools: GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and SEMrush
* Experience managing and optimising website content (CMS).
* Experience with email marketing tools and best practice. With experience in working with customer relationship management systems.
* Attention to detail and an interest in creating engaging content through multiple channels.
Helpful Attributes (but not essential)
* Analytical Mindset: You don't just look at numbers; you understand what they mean for the business.
* Agility: You can pivot quickly in response to changing market trends or platform algorithm updates.
* Visual Eye: Basic experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Express is a huge plus.
Someone who is keen to roll up their sleeves and think laterally when required.
