Our ward winning digital agency client is currently seeking a Head of Strategy to join their growing team on a permanent basis. The Head of Strategy will be passionate about data and will berequired to lead demand generationstrategy across all clients, acting as the strategic compass for the entire performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive demand generation strategies for B2B scale-up and enterprise clients with annual media budgets up to £2M.
* Hold a strong, evidenced point of view on what exceptional strategy looks like across paid media, organic, creative, content, and email nurturing.
* Own the complete marketing funnel from awareness to closed revenue, typically managing £510M+ in client ARR growth targets.
* Act as the strategic compass for the performance team, ensuring all activity aligns with revenue objectives.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Extensive experience in B2B demand generation
* Proven track record managing £500K+ annual budgets
* Strong background working with Enterprise and SaaS clients
* Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C-level stakeholder management.
