We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant with a Industrial background with a minimum 6 months experience working in the Industrial sector in the North West.
We have a strong management team, who can help you develop as a Recruitment Consultant with the view to become a Manager of your own division witin time.
Overall Purpose of a Recruitment Consultant:
To efficiently manage their division and that all agreed targets are achieved. To ensure that all temporary workers are continually spoken to, to ensure confirmation of acceptance of shifts. To review and develop client and temp retention and to develop both new and existing clients. To maintain a positive approach to ensure progression within the division. To ensure that the service of the client base is always to a standard that the customer expects both in office and on the on-call rota.
To source, interview and select temporary workers to work within our contracts assisting the Head of Division in the successful placement of workers to our clients.
