Data & Systems Manager - Belfast Hours: 40 hours per week (08:30-17:00) Salary: Competitive Sodexo Benefits About the Role We are looking for a driven and detail-focused Data & Systems Manager to join our team at i2020 in Belfast, supporting the delivery of a high-profile government facilities management contract. This role is central to ensuring the accuracy, integrity and performance of all data and digital systems used across a complex, multi-site estate. You will lead on CAFM systems, asset data, compliance reporting and sustainability data, ensuring all information is secure, audit-ready and aligned with government and ISO standards. Working closely with senior leaders across Assets, SHEQ, Sustainability and ICT, you will help drive a data-led, high-performing FM service. Key Responsibilities Data Governance & Systems Leadership Lead governance and assurance of all FM data across the contract Ensure systems support statutory, mandatory and operational compliance Maintain structured data aligned with asset hierarchy (Levels 1-5) Ensure alignment with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 standards Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders and the Client Maintain accurate, validated and audit-ready data at all times CAFM System Management Manage, configure and optimise CAFM system performance Ensure accurate recording of: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Reactive maintenance Statutory compliance tasks Asset lifecycle data Contractor performance Environmental and energy data Ensure workflows support NEC4 requirements including reporting and early warnings Asset Register & Documentation Maintain a compliant and accurate Asset Register Ensure asset data aligns with required hierarchy and standards Oversee log books and maintenance documentation (CIBSE TM31 aligned) Ensure timely updates, reporting and completion of missing records Compliance & Performance Data Align PPM data with SFG20 or agreed standards Support development of the 10-year PPM Plan Maintain compliance plans and audit evidence Track and report: Missed or late inspections Non-compliance issues Outstanding and remedial works Sustainability & Environmental Data Support carbon and ESG reporting (Scopes 1, 2 and relevant Scope 3) Ensure accuracy of energy, water and waste data Support ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 compliance Contribute to sustainability dashboards and reporting Reporting & Analytics Produce monthly performance dashboards Provide data insights to support decision-making and risk management Support NEC4, client and statutory reporting requirements Cyber Security & Data Protection Ensure compliance with government security and data protection standards Work with ICT to manage system access and resilience Maintain backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with teams across Assets, SHEQ, Sustainability, ICT and Commercial Provide training and support to system users Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives About You Qualifications Degree (Level 5/6) in Data Management, Information Systems, FM, Engineering, Sustainability or similar Professional memberships (IWFM, IEMA, BCS) desirable Understanding of ISO standards and government data security requirements Experience Experience in data management, CAFM or FM systems Background in property, FM, compliance or sustainability data Experience managing asset registers and PPM data Strong reporting and dashboard development skills (Power BI preferred) Experience supporting audits and compliance processes NEC3/NEC4 experience desirable Skills Strong analytical and data governance skills Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder engagement Ability to manage complex datasets and reporting cycles Collaborative and solutions-focused approach What You'll Deliver Accurate, reliable and audit-ready data across all systems Optimised CAFM performance supporting operational delivery A structured and compliant Asset Register Assured statutory and operational compliance data High-quality reporting aligned with NEC4 and client requirements What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
