Your next role
Live Well Swindon provide a range of services and volunteering opportunities for adults in Swindon, supporting them to live healthier, independent lives for longer.
In this essential administrative role, which supports the delivery of all Live Well service, no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for all communication into Live Well Swindon (emails, phone calls and front of house reception at Sanford House), as well as carrying out activities such as the processing of welfare applications, data entry, record keeping, and finance administration support.
You will also assist other members of the Live Well Team with day-to-day administrative duties, including photocopying, appointment scheduling, sending correspondence, minute taking and filing.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
