Registered Manager – Specialist Treatment Centre
📍 Nottingham | 💷 £45,000 per annum | 🕒 Monday to Friday
Are you a compassionate and experienced leader with a strong background in mental health services? We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead a specialist treatment centre in Nottingham, providing support and care to individuals with complex mental health needs on placements of up to 12 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a service rated “Good” by the CQC, committed to delivering high standards of care and therapeutic support in a safe and structured environment.
About the Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of the centre. You'll lead a dedicated team of care professionals and clinicians, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with regulatory requirements and organisational values.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support in line with CQC standards
Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development to the staff team
Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
Develop and implement care strategies that promote recovery, wellbeing, and independence
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Foster a positive culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Liaise with external stakeholders including healthcare professionals, commissioners, and families
Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting
What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – essential
Proven experience in managing mental health or specialist care services
Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and safeguarding practices
Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
A proactive, hands-on approach to management
A full UK driving licence – preferred
