Your Role:
As a qualified professional, you will be expected to:
Hold a relevant qualification or certification in your field
Demonstrate experience managing varied responsibilities or working with diverse individuals
Possess an up-to-date Enhanced DBS (if working with children or vulnerable groups)
Provide two professional references
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a supportive, proactive approach
