As a Residential Property Review Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and conducting routine property inspections across our managed portfolio, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a professional and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
Booking and organising six-monthly property inspections across the managed portfolio
* Liaising with tenants to arrange convenient access appointments
* Conducting property visits throughout South Buckinghamshire
* Producing clear, detailed and professional inspection reports
* Uploading and maintaining accurate records on internal systems
* Sending completed reports to landlords with relevant commentary and recommendations
* Identifying maintenance issues and liaising with the property management team where required
* Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Has strong written communication skills (report writing is a key part of the role)
* Is confident, professional and personable when dealing with tenants and landlords
* Can manage their own diary effectively
* Is IT literate and comfortable using property software systems
* Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
* Previous property or lettings experience is desirable but not essential
