Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a busy hybrid-service restaurant operation with a strong focus on guest experience and service standards.
Drive team performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and development.
Manage labour, rotas, and staffing to deliver efficient and commercially successful operations.
Maintain high standards across customer service, food safety, compliance, and daily operations.
Take ownership of stock control, operational readiness, and service delivery during peak trading periods.
Support sales growth through strong communication, upselling focus, and commercial awareness.
Build a positive, accountable, and hospitality-led team culture.
Managing a team of 2 assistant managers, 2 supervisors and 12-14 casual team members
