A well-respected secondary school in Bath is seeking an Art Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their creative faculty from September 2025. This permanent full-time role is ideal for an enthusiastic newly qualified teacher looking to inspire students and develop their professional practice within a supportive, artistic environment.

Your Role
Deliver engaging, practical lessons that nurture creativity and technical skill. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students progress. Opportunities to lead extracurricular art clubs, exhibitions, and creative projects will enrich the student experience. Participate actively in the school’s ECT mentoring and development programme.
Ideal Candidate
You will have an Art-related degree and QTS or eligibility by July 2025. Strong communication skills, passion for visual arts, and the ability to inspire students are essential. You should be adaptable and keen to work collaboratively with colleagues.
