This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality matters in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.The RoleYou'll be part of a dynamic team advising a broad range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You’ll have early responsibility, strong mentoring, and the chance to build lasting client relationships.What You’ll Be Doing
* Advising clients on a range of employment law issues
* Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, disclosure, witness statements, and advocacy
* Drafting and reviewing employment documentation such as contracts, policies, and handbooks
* Providing clients with updates and training on legal developments
* Maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Working with senior lawyers to support team goals and contribute to business development initiatives
About YouWe're looking for a 2-5 years PQE solicitor with experience in employment law with drive, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.The ideal candidate will be:
* Confident advising on both advisory and contentious employment issues
* Commercially aware, with sound legal judgment
* A strong communicator who builds trust and rapport easily
* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage a busy workload
* Motivated to grow, learn, and contribute to a collaborative team
