This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong background in financial accounting who wants to be fully supported in their first move away from practice. In this role, you will be a key member of the accounts team based at their Lincoln Head Office. You will:
1. Lead the statutory accounting process and provide supporting information for the group annual report.
2. Ensure compliance with Charity Accounting Standards and Regulations including FRS102.
3. Provide expert technical accounting guidance to the wider finance team.
4. Ensure all Corporation tax is correctly accounted for and oversee the annual group Corporation tax return.
5. Proactively seek areas to improve the Statutory Reporting process.
6. Handle ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Finance Director.
