THE ROLE Lead the charge in evolving our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy within a key market segment, driving growth and ensuring operational excellence. You'll be bridging organizational strategy with field execution to maximize sales productivity and market penetration. This high-impact role requires close collaboration with Theater Leadership, GTM teams, and the Partner Ecosystem to ensure cohesive and successful execution of our growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
1. Drive awareness and high-impact GTM activation across a designated commercial market subset, ensuring seamless deployment of new motions, tools, and campaigns to accelerate revenue realization.
2. Drive adoption and adherence to the defined GTM model by consulting with Theater Leaders and District Managers, resolving execution gaps, and ensuring the field leverages best practices and resources effectively.
