The Facilities team here at East Coast College are looking for a Facilities Officer to support the varied and important work they do.
Supporting with both planned and reactive work that the collaborative Facilities Team are involved in, your ability to prioritise and organise will be key to your success. Whether it’s checking in and portering deliveries, moving furniture, liaising with contractors, or grounds maintenance and repairs, maintaining a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors is your priority.
Preferred hours for this role are Monday to Friday late afternoon cover with shifts finishing at 17:00 Mon-Thurs, and 16:30 Friday.

* Compliance – Health & Safety, COSHH, RIDDOR, RAMS, Fire Safety, First Aid
* Collaboration – Working with staff, contractors, regulatory bodies
* Organisation – Planned and reactive tasks, multi-site, security, deadlines
