Location: Cirencester
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
A well established and expanding law firm is seeking a Property Solicitor, Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or experienced Fee Earner to join its busy and growing Property Department in Cirencester. The team handles a wide range of residential property matters, offering excellent exposure to varied work and the opportunity to collaborate with specialist colleagues.
The Role
* Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, transfer of equity, remortgages, shared ownership and Help to Buy
* Providing clear, expert legal advice to clients throughout each transaction
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and all parties involved to ensure smooth progression
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Optional opportunity to undertake commercial property work if desired
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to manage a conveyancing caseload independently
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
