TeacherActive are recruiting Sports Coach Learning Support Assistants to work across our partner schools in Swansea. This role is ideal for play scheme workers, children’s sports coaches, dance teachers, activity leaders, or youth workers.
You’ll support pupils in and out of the classroom, using sport and activity to build confidence, engagement, resilience, and positive behaviour.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience in sports coaching, dance, play schemes, or activity leadership and ALN experience
A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
A positive, proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
