What you’ll be doing

Sourcing candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels
*
Screening CVs and conducting confident, structured telephone interviews
*
Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records
*
Using Excel, applicant tracking systems, and candidate/client database platforms to track activity and keep data up to date
*
Supporting consultants with admin, compliance, and interview coordination
*
Building strong candidate relationships and representing our brand professionally
What we’re looking for

Previous experience as a recruitment agency resourcer is essential
*
Tenacious, committed, and thorough in your approach
*
Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people

Strong attention to detail and a knack for spotting great talent

Comfortable using Excel, ATS platforms, and CRM/database systems
