Your new role As Customer Care Team Leader, you'll support the Regional Manager and lead the Customer Care team, ensuring smooth coordination with Sales and efficient service delivery.
Lead and motivate the Customer Care team
Liaise with Sales to ensure smooth operations
Monitor and chase internal processes to meet deadlines
Resolve escalated customer queries professionally
Identify and implement service improvements
Support the Regional Manager with daily operations
Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
What you'll need to succeed
Confident, assertive communicator
Experience in customer service or telesales leadership
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to push back and drive results
Experience with Microsoft Office and EMS systems
Ideally 1+ years in B2B customer service and sales is preferred but not essential
