More about your role
You will engage with residents to promote safe and secure independent living, ensuring an engaging, vibrant environment to reduce isolation. Providing advice on rent and service charges, assisting with benefits claims, and supporting customers with their financial needs. You will work with the internal Places for People income recovery team to reduce rent arrears.
The role is part-time, 30 hours a week, and travel within local geographical areas will be required.

More about you
It is essential that you have experience or knowledge of housing management, social care, and/or the wellbeing of retirement living services. You will possess good computer skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build great relationships with both customers and colleagues, are required. It is important to have a good mix of ‘team player' attributes but also the ability to work effectively using your own initiative, as there will be an element of lone working. You will also have an awareness of health & safety.
The ideal applicant will have experience managing anti-social behaviour and challenging situations.
