A residential property maintenance company is currently recruiting experienced End of Lease Cleaners to assist with end-of-tenancy property preparation.
This role focuses on restoring empty properties to a clean and presentable condition before new tenants move in.
Duties include:
* Full cleaning of unoccupied homes
* Deep cleaning kitchens, ovens, and surfaces
* Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal
* Cleaning windows, skirting boards, flooring, and doors
* Preparing properties for landlord and agency inspections
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience
* Ability to complete jobs independently
* Own cleaning products and equipment required
* Reliable vehicle or transport access
* Very good English communication skills
Additional Information:
* Mostly weekday work
* Bookings generally last 4–8 hours
* Weekend jobs may occasionally be available
* Pay: £15 per hour
