How Will You Contribute
1. Drive sales in dedicated stores, working closely with the regional manager on strategies and initiatives to improve your business
2. Achieve sales goals across all brands and dedicated stores, actively seeking opportunities to push business and advance our brands
3. Maintain pristine merchandising of all Kering Eyewear brands, ensuring competitive facings and positioning on the floor
4. Regularly visit department store accounts to build key relationships, push retail sales, merchandise and restock floors, maintain facings and positioning of brands, and general maintenance of business
5. Utilize reports (i.e., Skypad and Go Spot Check) to analyze and manage your business, efficiently
6. Build strong working relationship with cross-functional departments (i.e., sales, marketing, store associates and management, etc.)
7. Remain current on trends affecting the business and opportunities for growth
8. Provide feedback to the regional manager regarding insight on missed opportunities, best-sellers, and competitive feedback
9. Identify, manage, and execute in-store marketing initiatives (i.e., trunk shows, pop-ups, brand visibility moments) to drive the business and enhance brand awareness
10. Provide the highest possible customer service while visiting stores and manage follow-up with clients as needed based on repairs, damages, special requests
Who You Are
11. 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury and/or eyewear experience is a plus
12. Understanding of luxury fashion category
13. Exceptional communication skills, follow through and precise attention to specifics – retail is detail
14. Collaborative, solution-oriented, and proactive
15. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
16. Strong written and verbal communication skills
17. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships
18. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Schedule
19. 40 hours / 5 days per week, Tuesday-Saturday
20. Travel around the greater Atlanta area; candidate must have reliable car transportation
