This is a high-performance commercial role for someone looking to build a long-term career in the financial markets — with genuine ownership, uncapped upside, and early-stage equity.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for originating and developing relationships with senior decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Heads of Finance) at medium to large organisations.
This is a hybrid role combining new business generation, consultative sales, and relationship development. You’ll build your own revenue stream within the business, supported by experienced leadership, strong infrastructure, and a broad product offering.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Generating new business opportunities through outbound activity
* Engaging senior finance stakeholders across treasury and cash management
* Understanding client challenges and positioning solutions in a consultative, value-led way
* Selling across a broad product set including execution, cash management, and treasury solutions
* Building long-term client relationships that generate recurring and residual revenue
* Expanding accounts over time as client needs evolve
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communicator with commercial drive and resilience
* Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
* High sense of urgency and accountability
* Coachable, ambitious, and motivated to succeed
* Interest in financial markets
* Prior financial services experience is helpful, but not essential
