We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Support Coordinator to join our Plug Me In – Solar team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery of solar installation projects by providing essential administrative and coordination support to the project management team.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate project documentation, tracking progress, coordinating engineer schedules, liaising with customers, and assisting with financial and process reporting. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.
Maintain and update project plans, Gantt charts, and weekly trackers.
Update project data within CRM platforms (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics).
Manage engineer diaries and book customer surveys.
Support the DNO application process where required.
Assist with budget tracking and financial performance reporting.
Log and track project risks and issues.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
Provide administrative support to the wider project team.
Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth project execution.
Experience in project support or administration, ideally in a technical or engineering environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
Understanding of project management methodologies and key deliverables.
Degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM).
Knowledge of financial reporting and cost tracking
