Full time Hours (Shift Patterns between 8am and 7pm, including weekends and bank holidays)

This role would be based at the Castle Hotel Windsor, within our Central Reservations Office, supporting our three boutique hotels, Francis Hotel Bath, Castle Hotel Windsor and the Athenaeum Hotel and Residences.

Our Opportunity
This Reservations Agent role is for a driven individual, who will be fully focused on delivering exceptional guest service while converting every enquiry to achieve maximum revenue (Including Group Reservations). You will need to ensure you deliver our policies, controls and excellent standards of service. You will grow the business through proactive upselling and effective conversion of all enquiries.
You will:
· Deliver exceptional guest service to both individuals and groups.
· Be aware of quality targets and proactive work to achieve them
· Maintain departmental operating standards
· Collaborate with all hotel teams, including reception, finance and meeting and events teams
· Positively approach sales opportunities to maximise revenue
· Be target driven
· Participate with promotional activities to enhance departmental sales
· Ensure the Sutton Hotel Collection brand standards are met
· Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, successful reservations agent candidates will be energetic, ambitious and strive for excellence.
· Have first class presentation, a clear speaking voice, attention to detail, and a friendly personality.
