Page Personnel are currently working with a well established automotive firm based in Leeds that have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their busy team on a permanent basis. This role will be well suited to a candidate who has had a similar role previously.
Job Description
Responsibilities
* Assisting with the credit control function and chasing debt on a number of accounts
* Dealing with invoices queries and resolving issues
* Checking and posting invoices to ledgers daily using automated systems
* Manual production of invoices when there is a system failure
* Assisting with month end where required
* Allocating and posting cash receipts
* Collecting payments over the phone
* Preparing Franchise revenue reports for major accounts weekly
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
* Worked within a similar background before
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to multi task
* Prior experience within credit control and sales ledger
* IT Literate - Excel and spreadsheets
