Job Title: Car Sales Executive - Lexus
Location: Lexus Croydon, CR0 4RF
Salary: £20,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £55,000–£60,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00 (with one fixed weekday off), Saturday 09:00 – 17:00, 1 in 3 Sundays 10:00 – 16:00

What You’ll Do
* Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and finance packages
* Present and explain add-on products such as service plans, insurance, and accessories
* Guide customers through the entire buying process from enquiry to handover
* Maintain accurate customer records on internal systems
* Follow up with new and existing customers to maximise future sales
* Achieve personal and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and manufacturer standards
* Deliver a five-star customer experience from first contact to aftersales support
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive is essential
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment
* A full UK driving licence is required
