Job Description
This role is based within The Open Universitys Digital Services team, which provides and supports all central University IT services. The Client Systems Team is responsible for the administration, management and support of managed endpoints and associated infrastructure across the University.
As a Desktop Technician, you will be responsible for configuring, installing, and deploying desktop technologiesincluding PCs, laptops, telephony, Apple Mac devices, mobile devices, and printersfor staff across the University. You will play an essential role in ensuring that IT assets are properly tracked, maintained, and supported throughout their lifecycle, enabling the University community to work effectively both on campus and remotely.
