The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process—from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare. What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and developing strong client relationships
* Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
* Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality IT professionals
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
* Negotiating offers and closing deals
* Maintaining constant market awareness
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in the UK, Europe, Middle East or USA
* Demonstrable success in placing Technology talent
* Proven billing history and ability to meet or exceed targets
* Strong business development and client management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
