The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an Entry‑Level Sales & Campaign Manager to join our Edinburgh team, with an immediate start available.
This position begins at entry level, where you will receive full training in sales, campaign management and leadership development. You will gain hands‑on experience before progressing into team leadership and management responsibilities.
No previous management experience is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
Stage 1 – Training & Sales Development
* Represent clients in face‑to‑face sales campaigns.
* Engage directly with customers to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
* Learn how to track performance, manage KPIs and understand campaign strategy.
* Develop communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Stage 2 – Campaign & Team Leadership
* Assist in managing live sales campaigns.
* Support, coach and mentor new team members.
* Monitor performance and contribute to campaign improvements.
* Take part in recruitment and onboarding.
Stage 3 – Management Progression
* Lead and manage a growing sales team.
* Take ownership of campaign results and targets.
* Contribute to expansion within the Edinburgh market.
