The Senior Bid Coordinator is a key member of the Bid team. Working with leaders across our EMEA and North America studios, this 12 month fixed-term role will support the conversion of new opportunities.
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a Bid Coordinator or equivalent
2. A confident personality that can communicate and engage at all levels
3. A team player
4. Demonstrable experience of undertaking brief analysis, with excellent verbal and written communication
5. Can work without supervision, has initiative and a sense of responsibility
6. Self-motivated with a structured approach to work
7. Excellent attention to detail, strong levels of numeracy and use of grammar
8. Organised with the ability to clearly define requirements for input
9. Ability to manage a variety of internal contacts to receive necessary input for timely bid submission
10. Proficient in using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Excel
11. Knowledge and interest in design and architecture is preferred
12. Bid writing and editing skills

Key Responsibilities
19. Work with the key stakeholders to produce bid documents, proposals to help win new work across a range of sectors and geographies
20. Conduct intelligent analysis of brief documents, assessing scoring criteria and flagging potential issues. Manage the bid process from start to finish. Lead the preparation of multi-disciplinary lead consultant bid documents and RFP Responses
21. Lead kick-off meetings with directors of all disciplines at the start of the bid as well as fee review meetings before submission
22. Manage information and inputs from both internal and external teams
23. Develop high quality branded responses to bid in Adobe InDesign
24. Tailoring responses to increase relevance and to ensure bid engages the client and fulfils all requirements
25. Provide guidance to junior team members when required
26. Ensuring high quality, on time responses are issued to clients.
27. Collating external and internal fees using the Excel template and provided formulas
28. Help maintain the database of opportunities and associated content
29. Partner with the Marketing and Comms team to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach across the wider function
