Our client is currently recruiting for an ER Consultant on a 3-month contract with experience of working across high volume redundancy programmes. The ER Consultant will have a background in people change projects with strong experience of interpreting Employment Law.
The ER Consultant will work partner with Senior and Reginal Managers to support and manage volume redundancies.
Key Responsibilities for the ER Consultant
* Partnering with Regional Managers in implementing a volume redundancy process
* Advising and supporting managers across the redundancy and consultation process
* Interpreting Employment laws and ensuring the correct policies and procedures are being followed
Key Experience for the ER Consultant
* Previous experience of working on volume redundancies
* ER focus background with change management experience
* Strong communication skills
* Solid knowledge of employment Law
