Are you passionate about delivering high-quality recruitment services that make a real difference? Join our team as a Recruitment Advisor and play a vital role in supporting safe staffing levels across the organisation.

In this key position, you will lead on day-to-day recruitment activity, including recruiting supplementary staff to ensure services are safely and effectively staffed. You will provide expert advice and practical solutions to hiring managers and service users on a wide range of recruitment processes, policies and procedural queries.

Working closely with the Business Support Manager (Recruitment), you will support the development and continuous improvement of systems and processes within the Staff Bank Recruitment Team, contributing to the wider Recruitment Services agenda across NHS Lothian.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
