Complex Recruitment is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established distribution centre in Hounslow. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking stable, long-term employment in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have previous experience using an Electric Pump Truck (LLOP).
Key Responsibilities:
* Sorting and organizing stock, including soft drinks and alcoholic beverages
* Picking and packing customer orders efficiently with attention to detail
* Assisting with unloading deliveries and managing stock levels
* Scanning and wrapping stock to ensure accurate tracking
* Loading and unloading boxed goods from pallets
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment while following company procedures
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using an Electric Pump Truck (LLOP) - this is essential
* Ability to work in a physically demanding role, handling and moving stock safely
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic
