Occasional ad-hoc travel is required to support managers in relevant meetings; these will be planned in advance with travel expenses paid.

Your future, your role
As an Employee Relations Partner, you’ll be:
* Providing commercial, swift, and robust advice to assigned regions within a customer-focused ER service.
* Ensuring managers act within policy and procedure, providing commercial solutions to employee relations issues.
* Managing risks effectively in a compliant and commercially aware manner within the appropriate processes.
* Supporting operational management in disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and performance management, along with other employee relations processes.
* Reviewing and advising the Senior Business Partner – HR Operations on potential employee litigation, in partnership with the legal team, to ensure cost-effective and robust outcomes.
You will have experience in:
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
* Dealing with complex people issues.
* Being part of a team passionate about supporting practices and helping the nation smile.
