As a Presales Content Analyst (Maternity Cover) at Kainos, you will support the process of managing, creating, storing, organizing, and sharing collateral that supports the business development and bid production teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining the content library: Cataloguing, classifying, and storing digital assets to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
2. Leading content generation: Driving effective sales content management and distributing tailored content to our business development teams to help generate leads and drive sales.
3. Contributing to presales productivity: Owning and driving business development and marketing strategic improvement initiatives.
4. Content Audits: Undertaking regular content audits to ensure content remains aligned with the business development team’s needs.
5. Contributing to the content strategy: Helping define the written content strategy by recommending improvements based on industry best practices, and identifying necessary tools and methods for effective content delivery.
6. Stakeholder Management: Proactively working as part of the presales team, liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels.
MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:
* Knowledge of content management systems and experience working with SharePoint as a document management tool.
* Good understanding of digital assets management techniques including taxonomies, groupings, and tagging.
* Experience in a relevant commercial environment with broad IT experience and awareness of technology and business trends.
* Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a highly competitive and pressurized environment.
* A self-starter with a can-do attitude, highly motivated, able to use initiative, confident, disciplined, and driven to succeed.
* Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
DESIRABLE:
* Degree or higher in IT, Sales and Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline.
* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Experience proofreading to ensure content is brand-aligned and compliant with good writing guidelines.
* Creative writing skills to develop ideas while maintaining messaging strategy.
* Ability to distill complex or technical information into simple, understandable prose for non-technical audiences.
