Learning & Development Administrator - Epsom, Surrey The People Team are hiring! The Royal Automobile Club is an exclusive world-class private members club, with 2 stunning clubhouses in London and Epsom. This is an office based role, Monday to Friday in our Epsom clubhouse 5 days per week with occasional travel to Pall Mall, London. Be passionate about learning and development and champion our values. You will manage training records and our LMS, organise and co-ordinate the L&D calendar for the Club together with managing all training administration. Additionally, you will always be involved in other projects such as onboarding and inductions, creating training materials. Responsibilities: Administration of Learning Management System – My Learning powered by Docebo Coordination of training events and delivering L&D calendar with the L&D Trainer Managing course evaluations and feedback from learners Assist with producing training materials for courses and Club Welcome's Responsible for raising purchase orders on the finance system and managing spend tracker Supporting with administration of performance reviews and mid-term reviews Contributing to social media projects Responding to email queries to the Learning and Development inbox Ensuring all training trackers are kept up to date.
