Job Description:
An Outstanding Mixed school in Enfield is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher for a permanent, full-time position commencing in September. The successful Art Teacher will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 to explore their artistic talents and develop a lifelong appreciation for the arts.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, covering various artistic disciplines.
* Prepare students for GCSE Art and Design examinations, fostering their creative and technical skills.
* Maintain a stimulating and inclusive studio environment encouraging experimentation and self-expression.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to curriculum development and create enriching learning experiences.

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialization in Art and Design.
* Experience teaching Art at secondary level (Key Stages 3 & 4).
* Strong knowledge of diverse art forms, techniques, and historical contexts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire students.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet varied learning needs.
