Job Description
We're looking for two compassionate and experienced Live-in Care Professionals to join our team in Bristol, supporting a young man with Cerebral Palsy in the BS6 area. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping our client live comfortably and safely in their own home. This is a live-out care role working Monday to Friday. You will live in the Bristol area and be able to travel to the client daily.
As a Live In Care Professional, you'll become a trusted presence in the household, providing tailored support and companionship that enhances quality of life. Your responsibilities will include personal care, emotional support, and assisting with daily routines - all delivered with kindness, respect and professionalism.
What we're looking for:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the care sector
2. Experience with Cerebral Palsy is desirable
3. Comfortable providing personal care and companionship, someone who enjoys getting out and about in the community with our client
4. Strong written and spoken English
5. A car driver is essential, you will be required to drive the client’s mobility vehicle
6. Someone who is reliable, respectful, and enjoys building warm, professional relationships

Qualifications
7. Driver with own car essential, lives in Bristol and can travel daily to client’s home
8. Excellent organisational ability and time management skills
9. The ability to liaise with other professionals involved in the clients' care
10. An innate sense of warmth and friendliness, facilitating positive client relationships
11. Good communication skills
12. The right to work in the UK as we are unable to provide sponsorship

13. Competitive pay rate of £1,001 per week
