We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Account Administrator to join The London Clinic, based at our main hospital site in London (W1G 6BW). We are offering a competitive inclusive salary starting at £30,000 per annum.

Job Profile
As a Patient Account Administrator, you will manage billing duties within the Billing and Accounts Receivable team, engaging with and supporting Private Medical Insurers. You will manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely and accurate billing, maintain relationships with internal and external customers, support the Assistant Billing Systems Manager, and generate reports as needed in line with billing requirements.

* Job Type: Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week
* Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
* Location: Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ (Close to Regents Park/Baker St stations)
* Salary: Starting at £30,000 per annum

Key Duties
* Validate and finalize billing from the Unbilled daily report, focusing on Main Insurers and Self Pay
* Assist with the Billing team mailbox and respond appropriately
* Liaise with clinical departments to resolve queries and facilitate process improvements
* Complete patient invoicing via EDI or manual systems
* Respond to internal and external queries via telephone
Skills & Experience
* Experience in healthcare or medical insurance (desirable)
* Advanced Excel and IT skills
* Ability to manage large workloads
