The Role: As a key member of the civil engineering team, you'll play an integral role in delivering projects from inception through to construction across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Your responsibilities will include: Site appraisals, feasibility assessments, and pre-planning technical reports (Flood Risk, Drainage, Utilities) Highways and drainage design (including S38, S278, S104 agreements) Preparation of detailed designs and tender/construction information Supporting planning applications and discharging planning conditions Road and sewer adoptions, SuDS design, earthworks modelling Client liaison, representation at meetings, and contract management About You: We're looking for a proactive engineer with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience within a civil engineering design consultancy environment. You'll need to demonstrate: Strong technical design skills across highways and drainage Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Confidence in representing the company at meetings with clients and stakeholders A collaborative approach with good commercial awareness Why Join?
