With a mission rooted in care, collaboration and real client outcomes, this niche firm is seeking a Grade A Solicitor or Legal Executive (7 PQE) to join its team. This is a unique opportunity for a Serious Injury Lawyer who wants to develop their career in an ambitious, values-led firm offering long-term growth and support. There is also scope to include clinical negligence cases depending on your interest and experience. Unlike traditional firms, this practice does not focus on billing targets, instead fostering a working culture where client outcomes and compassion come first. You'll also be encouraged to build trusted relationships with medical experts, referrers and support networks across the UK. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for an empathetic and self-motivated lawyer who’s passionate about making a genuine difference to the lives of those affected by brain injury. You’ll need: 7 years’ PQE (Solicitor or CILEx) with a strong background in multi-track serious injury litigation Solid experience with claims exceeding £500k in value Confidence in preparing schedules of loss, witness statements and managing complex medical evidence A collaborative, organised and proactive approach Excellent client care and communication skills A full UK driving licence (home and hospital visits may be required) TBI-specific experience is not essential. Comprehensive training and mentoring will be provided and lawyers from both Claimant and Defendant backgrounds will be considered. What’s On Offer Mainly remote working – 4 days from home, 1 day in Manchester office (with future flexibility) Highly competitive salary and benefits package Flexible hours – full-time, with genuine work-life balance A supportive, people-first environment focused on professional development, compassion and innovation Real potential to grow with the firm as it continues to expand its reputation and reach If you want to move away from volume and billing-focused work and into a meaningful, specialist practice where outcomes and relationships matter most, this is the ideal next step in your career.
