* Leading and growing our PMO team to deliver high-quality, high-impact programmes
* Building and embedding PMO frameworks that ensure clarity, prioritisation, and value
* Overseeing complex, multi-layered projects with significant organisational reach
* Partnering with leaders across the business to advise, support, and challenge
* Driving continuous improvement and a culture of learning in programme delivery
What you’ll bring
* A proven track record in senior programme or project management roles
* The ability to simplify complexity, set direction, and motivate teams
* Confidence in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
* Expertise in PMO strategy, governance, and delivery at scale
