We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading the kitchen team. Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen
* Lead and inspire the brigade to deliver consistently high standards
* Ensure excellent food quality, presentation, and portion control
* Assist with menu development using fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Maintain GP targets and manage stock control effectively
* Uphold food hygiene, health & safety, and COSHH standards
* Train, mentor, and develop junior team members
Qualifications
* Proven experience at Sous Chef level within a quality hotel or restaurant
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passion for fresh, seasonal cuisine
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Calm under pressure with a positive, proactive attitude
* Level 2/3 Food Hygiene qualification (preferred)
