Working Hours
This is a full-time position with a 44.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:00, and alternate Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00.

Main Responsibilities – Telesales & Counter Sales
* Provide outstanding customer service both on the telephone (inbound and outbound) and face-to-face at the trade counter.
* Accurately process customer orders and quotations for a wide range of building materials
* Respond actively to customer enquiries, offering informed advice and product recommendations
* Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
* Identify sales opportunities and upsell relevant products to meet customer needs
* Maintain high standards of branch presentation, stock levels, and compliance
* Assist with follow-ups on leads, sales promotions, and branch marketing initiatives
* Support teamwork and continuous improvement within the branch
* Uphold all health and safety policies and ensure safe working practices
* Strong telephone, written, and face-to-face communication skills
* Consultative approach with a passion for providing excellent service
* Confidence in working with targets and drive to achieve branch ambitions
* Positive attitude, adaptability, and teamwork ethos
* Attention to detail and efficient organisation skills
* Keen to learn about new products and systems (full training will be provided)
* Comfortable using point-of-sale and order processing systems
