Job summary
Libertatem Healthcare Group is looking for compassionate and committed Care Assistants to join their team in the Norwich region. The role involves providing complex care support to clients, with opportunities for up to 40+ hours per week and flexible shift patterns available. Successful candidates will receive full training and ongoing support, as well as competitive pay rates ranging from £13.65 to £15.90 per hour.
Main duties of the job
The Care Assistants will be responsible for providing high-quality complex care and support to clients in the Norwich area. This may include tasks such as personal care, medication management, assisting with mobility, and supporting independent living. Candidates should have a caring nature, a passion for supporting independence, and ideally some experience in complex care. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
