Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance processes to ensure all products and services meet the required standards. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing quality standards, conducting audits and assessments, managing compliance with industry regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, and leading the resolution of any quality issues. The role also involves training teams on quality protocols and maintaining clear documentation related to quality processes.
Qualifications
* Expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance standards, processes, and metrics
* Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
* Proficiency in conducting audits, generating compliance reports, and maintaining clear documentation
* Leadership and team management experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry-specific quality requirements is highly advantageous
* Proficiency with quality management software tools and systems
* Experience training and mentoring teams on quality assurance processes
* Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
