Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Salary: £48,171 per annum
Location: Based at Sale Road, Norwich with travel to other sites as and when required.
* Due to the nature of the role a driver licence with business insurance and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Corporate Resources, you will have overall responsibility for leading the organisation’s digital strategy. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across IT, data, and digital services, ensuring technology is secure, reliable, and enables the delivery of high quality, values‑led mental health support.
You will oversee cloud based data solutions, IT infrastructure, information recording, storage and reporting, ensuring systems and information are available to staff when and where they need them. Acting as a conduit with partner organisations where appropriate, you will also support system integration and collaborative working across the wider health and care landscape.
A key part of the role will be ensuring high standards of data protection and cyber security across the organisation in order to maintain compliance with GDPR at all times, and for supporting the work of the Data Protection Officer and Senior Information Risk Owner.
