Pre-construction design management experience on MEP projects valued between £5M–£50M
Strong and proven experience across Building Services Engineering, with exposure to sectors such as healthcare or commercial
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (BEng, MEng, or MSc) - Desirable

Own the technical delivery and strategy throughout the pre-construction phase, ensuring compliance with Dalkia’s Project Delivery System (PDS).
Identify, manage, and mitigate design and technical risks effectively.
MMC/offsite, CDP designers) at appropriate project stages.
Discharge Dalkia’s legal and technical duties under CDM 2015 and the Building Safety Act.
Drive value engineering processes and manage design changes in collaboration with project teams.
Work closely with digital engineers, project engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of design across all phases.
