The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Manager to scale our paid acquisition and retention efforts. You will own our digital performance strategy end-to-end, ensuring that our innovative app reaches the right people in the right places while keeping our CPAs healthy and our growth sustainable.
You will join our tight-knit, diverse team and work closely with our Founder and Head of Business
Development to shape the future of our performance marketing, while maintaining the autonomy and
trust you need to lead this effort.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging channels.
* Work with 3rd parties to explore other avenues.
* Analyse campaign data, report performance and continually iterate to improve ROI
* Collaborate with our designers to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages
* Run A/B tests and experiments to unlock new growth opportunities
* Identify fresh performance opportunities and advise on budget allocation
* Present clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders and the wider team
* Stay up to date with trends, tools and best practices in the performance marketing space
About Us
* Minimum of 5 years proven experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2C mobile app or e-commerce environment
* Minimum of 1 year experience in Cruise.
* Hands-on knowledge of major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and analytics tools (GA4, GTM)
* Data-driven and growth-minded, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a flat, diverse team
* Clear communicator who can turn complex data into actionable recommendations
