What You’ll Be Doing
1. Building strong relationships with divisional heads and the senior leadership team.
2. Providing insightful analysis that drivesmercial decisions and ensures stakeholders truly “own” their numbers.
3. Reviewing and supporting work from the offshore team to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
4. Identifyingmercial opportunities, cost efficiencies, and risk areas.
5. Leading deep‑dive investigations into variances, working closely with the Accounting & Control team.
6. Producing and evolving a monthly reporting pack by WD7.
7. Presenting key financial information at monthly departmental meetings.
8. Helping produce rolling P&L forecasts with robust data integrity.
9. Supporting the Head of FP&A in delivering tight budget and forecast deadlines.
10. Producingpetitor and market insight analysis.
What You’ll Bring
11. Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA with 2–3 years’ post‑qualification experience.
12. Strongmercial acumen and the confidence to influence at all levels.
13. A proactive, improvement‑driven mindset with a positive, solutions‑focused approach.
14. Ability to challenge constructively and remove blockers.
15. Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
16. Advanced Excel skills and strong O365petency; Power BI experience is highly valued.
17. Experience in TMC, travel, or FMCG is desirable.
